Just wanted to share with some Peter fans!!!
Yesterday I saw Peter Krause live onstage in After the fall. It was amazing and brought me to tears. He was brilliant and was onstage EVERY minute of the play. He has such intensity. He blew me away. And god is he sexy!!!! and tall *purrr*
Afterwards I got to meet Peter. No pictures were allowed which was fine with me. I got his autograph and he sweetly asked my name and where I was from. I Told him, "You were so amazing. I can't believe the intensity you maintained the entire perfomance. You blew me away." He smiled and said thanks. There were some SportsNight groupies who told him to name any episode and they could quote it. Sounds exciting for Peter huh?? Yeah, he didn't think so either ;) Some lady said she wishes she could see the range from After the Fall in 6FU. I thought that was rude and said to her that Nate Fisher is an amazing character and that Peter does a wonderful job. Nate is devestating and goes through so much!!! How can you NOT see range there???
Yeah, so I was giddy and squealy the whole way home. Afterall I did get to touch Peter's arm (while I was talking to him.) *purrrr*
Cross posted to my journal!! Current Mood: enthralled

nate seasons 1-4
I was re-watching season 1 of six feet under and it was during the season finale of season 1 that it hit me. Nate's finally had so much happen to him that he just can't come back from it anymore. We all have stressful events in our lives but once in a while comes something that we just can't come back from. Losing Lisa was this event for Nate. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the end of season one, and is still able to go to work and help comfort a grieving woman. He is still able to see the beauty of life around him. Rico's baby's christianing is going on around him and he has brenda in his arms. But the amazing thing is that he is able to overlook his own drama and help someone and enjoy life. That is a sad contrast to the Nate of this season.
Just my two cents.
Does anyone else have any thoughts???
Feel free to comment with thoughts on Nate or SFU in general. Current Mood: contemplative

I'm just curious as to how you guys feel about this.
Current Mood: curious
Do you think Nate and Brenda were good together? why or why not?
Do you want them to get back together? why or why not?
If you don't want Brenda with Nate do you want her with her sexy neighbor?
Do you think Nate is capable of happiness? Explain your answer.

Great supporting cast and director, and Roundabout always puts on great shows. His Broadway debut, and in a leading role in an Arthur Miller play....pretty rockin. The American Airlines Theatre is ridiculously easy to get to, as 42nd and Broadway feels like the center of NY. Penn Station, Port Authority, Grand Central, Lincoln Tunnel, taxi/subway from an airport, drive over a bridge to get in........you'll be there in a flash!
So if you can get there, go support him and get the bonus of live theatre, ok?? :-D Current Mood: relaxed
Thoughts on Nate Fisher.....
I know there's gotta be someone reading this!!! Comment please!! :-)
Peter Krause was simply brilliant in last night's Six Feet Under. That man knows how to portray a man who's simply losing control of everything around him. For a character that started off so calm and in control, this is an amazing change. His howl and tears at the end of the episode were so painful to watch. Peter Krause took my breath away once again.

Oh.my.god. I think I love Peter Krause.
Apparently Wanda Sykes was going through the aisles during a portion of the Emmys while doing silly things with actors. She made him get up and do the Electric Slide with her. He didn't know it but got up to dance anyway.
I think I'd like to have his babies.
And on the subject of that night, fuck the Emmys, and fuck James Gandolfini. Bleh.

Who here is going to watch the emmys on Sunday and cheer on Peter and the rest of the SFU cast? I know I will be! I wanna see Peter in his tux (& hopefully accepting his award!) Current Mood: curious
